These terms of use form a contract between the person accessing this Website (you) and the owner of this Website, TRUSTcite Limited (TRUSTcite). By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Defined Terms

In these terms of use:

Profile means a profile created by a TRUSTcite member on this Website (including all information contained in that profile);
TRUSTcite member means a person that has entered into an agreement with TRUSTcite to display information relating to that individual or company on this Website;
Website means this website www.trustcite.co.nz including all pages and content on this website.
A reference to a person includes an individual, company, partnership or other legal entity (however described).

Purpose/Role of TRUSTcite

This Website is intended to be used as a facility for:

TRUSTcite members to promote and profile themselves and their businesses by creating a member profile on this Website;
TRUSTcite members to express their opinion regarding which other TRUSTcite members they are willing to be associated with or recommend.
Users to identify possible TRUSTcite members based on the TRUSTcite member's perceived ability to meet the user's need; referrals and recommendations by past users and TRUSTcite members and;
Past users to express their opinion regarding service(s) received from the TRUSTcite members via a 'place feedback' facility.

You acknowledge that TRUSTcite:

is not an agent or intermediary for any TRUSTcite member or any person dealing with any TRUSTcite member;
does not make any representations or recommendations in relation to any TRUSTcite member or any information contained on this Website in relation to any member (including as set out in any TRUSTcite member profile);
is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information contained in any TRUSTcite member's profile;
does not provide facilities for the exchange of money or other consideration between you and any TRUSTcite member;
does not take part in any transaction negotiated or entered into between you and any TRUSTcite member.

Any transaction undertaken by you using information obtained from this Website is undertaken at your own risk and you agree to not hold TRUSTcite responsible or liable for the results of such transactions. TRUSTcite does not warrant, represent or otherwise make any claim as to:

the description, quality, value (including commercial value) or legitimacy of any goods or services described in any profile; or
the identity of any TRUSTcite member.

Responsibility for the content of profiles lies with the relevant TRUSTcite member and TRUSTcite does not review or verify any aspects of any profile.

Access and Use

Your access and use of this Website, and the information contained on this Website, must only be for the purposes contemplated by this Website.

You must not attempt to change any information or content appearing on this Website, or attempt to introduce any virus to, or adversely affect the performance of, this Website.

TRUSTcite does not warrant that you will be able to access this Website at all times or that any of the information contained in this Website is accurate or error-free.

TRUSTcite membership

To become a TRUSTcite member you must be a bona fide service provider and register to create an account. In doing so you agree to accept the full Terms and Conditions of TRUSTcite membership and warrant to TRUSTcite that:

all information you provide is complete and accurate; and
where you represent that you are associated with an organisation, you are authorised to do so by that organisation.

Placing feedback

Any feedback you provide relating to TRUSTcite members using this Website must not be false or contain any language deemed offensive, defamatory or inappropriate by TRUSTcite.

You must only submit feedback in relation to your own dealings with a TRUSTcite member, and must not place feedback on other TRUSTcite members with whom you have had no contact.

You must not 'spam' TRUSTcite members. Any feedback considered to be spam by TRUSTcite will be removed from the Website.

TRUSTcite may:

monitor feedback for content at any time;
withhold and / or delete any feedback it considers inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these terms of use, at its absolute discretion.

The feedback facility provided on this Website is for your benefit. However, TRUSTcite does not warrant that any feedback submitted is true, accurate or not misleading or deceptive. You accept that you rely on such information at your own risk.

'Trusted by' and 'I Trust' links

This Website provides a facility for TRUSTcite members to indicate who they are willing to be associated with or recommend ('I Trust' and 'Trusted by' links) (being other TRUSTcite members).

TRUSTcite does not warrant or make any representation as to the accuracy or validity of any such recommendations, and you accept that any reliance you place on such recommendations is at your own risk.

Information and Intellectual Property

All information contained on this Website:

remains the property of TRUSTcite or (in the case of the content of any profile) the relevant TRUSTcite member;
may not be copied or reproduced (in any form) without TRUSTcite's (or the relevant TRUSTcite member's) express written permission;
is provided on an "as is" basis, and you must make your own investigations into any matter arising from such information before relying upon it. TRUSTcite will not be liable for any reliance you place on any information contained on this Website.

You may print out and retain copies of information contained in those parts of this Website which are explicitly stated to be printable (but in doing so you do not obtain any additional rights to that information).

TRUSTcite owns, or (in the case of information contained in any profile) is authorised to use, all intellectual property rights in all information and content contained in and relating to this Website (including the 'TRUSTcite' name, brands, symbols and logos).

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose we collected it for.
