CADman ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN LTD The company formed in 1995 operating from a home-office, offering a complete architectural design and draughting service comprising preliminary design sketches, feasibility studies construction estimates, 3D visuals, Project Information Memorandum and Resource Consent applications and Building Consent documentation.

All design and draughting work is computer based around Archicad 3D platform. This enables 3D imaging, walk-throughs, fly-rounds and full 3D colour modelling of the entire site and development.

Cadman's office is completely equipped with modern computers, colour A4-AO printers, fax, email and photocopying services.

All staff are fully qualified Architectural Designers who are able to ensure projects are completed to a high standard, while still meeting deadlines on time. They are capable of producing design and build documentation, co-ordinating survey, geotechnical and structural engineering information for sub-divisions, alterations and additions, new residences, interior fitouts and light commercial developments.

SERVICES

Cadman's services are offered to individuals as well as housing companies, other designers and architects, engineers and developers. They are involved in new residential designs, alterations and additions, light commercial and shop fitouts.

Personal service to clients is emphasised as well as understanding their needs while providing a friendly, professional approach. At times this service may include the involvement of other professionals such as land surveyors, geotechnical, structural and mechanical consulting engineers.

FEES

Cadman will provide a fixed-price written fee proposal for a specified project or change on a time basis plus disbursements, depending on the type of project and the clients needs.
