Areas ServicedAs The Reputation Champion and founder of TRUSTcite I believe the most effective, satisfying and profitable businesses are, by and large, those that provide genuinely high quality services to loyal customers who, without recognition or reward, are willing to recommend and refer the business or person they dealt with to others.
This philosophy - of demonstrating and encouraging business growth and development, primarily through trusted referral, recommendation and mutually-beneficial business relationships - led us to develop TRUSTcite. Our aim? To provide an online business referral and recommendation tool that supports, and enhances, everyday business transactions in a transparent, ethical way.
It's widely accepted that for most businesses more than 80% of revenue is earned as a result of personal referrals and recommendations. E-pinions count and TRUSTcite facilitates this in a highly effective way.
What drives me?
Acting with integrity, accepting full responsibility for one's actions and accepting and respecting others are values that are important to me. I support smart thinking, innovation and originality, and applaud projects and people that generate positive energy and add genuine value.
My work as an Accredited Professional Speaker (APS), MC and reputation advisor draws on more than 20 years experience working with a wide range of businesses focusing on business development and best-practice.

My book, 'Reputation Branding: How to grow your business without spending a cent' was released in November 2007 and I regularly blog on issues close to my heart at Trustbite.co.nz.
I was a founding and serving trustee, and am now Patron of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People New Zealand and was a long-standing mentor on the YWCA ‘Future Leaders’ programme. I am currently National President of the National Speakers Association of New Zealand.
Writer Brian Koslow says "There is no advertisement as powerful as a positive reputation travelling fast." I absolutely agree. The impact of reputation should never be underestimated. What are your clients and business peers saying about you?
