Many employers think it may be 'too hard' to employ someone who has a disability. I am able to help show you it's not! In fact, the advantages of employing disabled people can far outweigh perceived disadvantages. I work directly with disabled people to ensure they are able to add value to your team and business and contribute successfully. Subsidies and support are provided as appropriate and I work with you and the disabled person as part of a 3-way team to ensure effective outcomes for both parties.

Job-seekers

I am able to help you expand your horizons and focus on getting the most out of life generally and in the workplace. My coaching services will help you explore and set goals that are meaningful to you and help bridge the gap between unemployment and self-employment or employment with an employer.

Some Things You Should Know About Dairne Kirton

I am a 40 year old mother of 3, born with one arm and my palm consisting of three digits. My biological daughter is now 10 years old.

I am a qualified Life Coach and have obtained my Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching through Life Coach Associates Auckland. Over the past 18 years I have worked within a wide range of sectors and industries, including government departments that have assisted in my personal growth and knowledge helping me achieve my dream to be a Life Coach and Mentor touching peoples lives in an empowering manner.

I enjoy aqua aerobics, camping, yoga, meditation, creative visualisation and reading.
