What I really liked was...1. Very few PPT charts, thank goodness! 2. A simple message but one that is compelling with some wonderful stories and anecdotes to exemplify 3. Really good presentation style and not preachy, not arrogant. He coached not instructed. But what I really loved was that the presentation was very fresh, and John was excited about it.

I have seen john present on a couple of occasions and be definitely knows how to relate to his audience. His view on coaching in a corporate sense is really intriguing and makes you question the way you do things now and how you can do things in the future. His background from the sporting world, working with the best in that business, can help us get the best out of ours.

John is an Inspirational speaker and coach. I have attended several of his presentations and have always come away totally motivated. This year I will complete the 160k Round Taupo cycle for the third year running when four years ago a walk to the end of the road used to be exercise and I was nearly 115 kg. The fitter I have become, the more energy I have for work and play as John says Fit for Life. Thanks for your advice.
