I found the talk to be very informative but more to the point the delivery reached my ears so to speak which sometimes tends to be a problem when I attend talks. Ask for business from current clients who would have thought to do that? I certainly had not I have been doing that since the talk and I can ear mark 4 properties that I have taken on since at a rough asset cost of $2500 a piece and approx $1200 worth of income per year per property per annum. I think the most valuable tool I have gained is the ability to direct a proven referral process and target the right clients. I don’t just have better clients (that continually use and refer me) but I have clients that suit my business. My results are consistent because I have built a network of high quality core customers who appreciate my work and are happy to pay a good price for a quality product.
