The tools Alyson was able to provide the same and the 'safe' environment meant the team were able to give feedback to each other which has resulted in a far 'healthier' environment.

Alyson has been involved in running our Assessment/Development Centres for the past three years with these centres key to identifying our managers of tomorrow. A huge thanks for such an informative and eye opening session on day one! I am confident all the participants would agree it was a great way to kick off our development journey. I personally have learnt so much about myself already, and have had more than a few pennies drop about where I can start to develop / change / grow, to improve my personal and professional life. Of particular interest to me was how I am viewed by my manager and colleagues, and while seeing this information was scary and challenging, it was also liberating, giving me an opportunity and direction to change how I can effect my relationships and better both myself and team.

Alyson has a fantastic presentation style that is inclusive and informative. She managed to involve my whole team which is not easy considering they all have strong personalities. She then did some personal coaching for key people within my team and myself. This was fantastic and proved to be very useful for us. She also did a coaching course for me and the senior managers of NLG. So thanks Alyson for everything.

Noel Leeming engaged Alyson to be the first part of many of our Leadership programmes. During the last three years Alyson has coached the management team at nakedbus.com. During this time she has been both supportive and challenging. Alyson has great empathy with the individuals she coaches and helps them to strive to be better. Alyson has also worked with the team to help us understand our behavioural styles. Importantly, team members have been given a better understanding of how to interact with each other effectively. Additionally we have used Alyson's behavioural tools to screen job applicants. Her analysis is on the money. I would thoroughly recommend Alyson both in a coaching role and also for her behavioural styles analysis.

Through several sessions working with Alyson I have had the opportunity to really discover my own natural behaviour's and leadership styles and through the tools and coaching Alyson provides, I have been able to really develop a self awareness of the way I behave and interact with others. I would recommend Alyson to anybody wanting to know more about thier working behaviours, leadership styles and also that of others as well. I was first fortunate enough to meet Alyson, 18mths ago as part of a leadership assessment programme. As a result of this she subsequently started providing me with 1 on 1 coaching. I have found Alyson to be fantastic ! she helped me focus my attention onto the areas I needed to work on and provided timely professional support through discussion and reading material. Alyson was also prepared to challenge me on areas that needed some frank honesty. As a result of her coaching I can certainly confirm that I have grown as a person and my career has advanced as a result. I've got to know Alyson through my use of the Centell Better Life Toolkit in my Executive Coaching work. For the past 3 years Alyson has worked with me as my mentor on the YWCA Future Leaders Programme. I am currently doing 6th form at AGGS. Alyson is someone I feel I am able to trust when I need to talk about family, friends and school issues. I feel it is so important to have somebody you see as a role model helping you through it all. Doing the Questionnaires really helped me in highlighting my strengths and exploring the areas I struggle in so that I could learn what to do to improve them.
